Partnership Development: Urban renewal development with affordable housing for a range of income levels

CAMBA Housing Ventures, Inc. is co-developer with Hudson Companies and Related on Gateway Elton III, the third phase of the urban renewal development known as Gateway Elton Street. The final phase of the project consists of two new construction buildings, generating 287 affordable housing units and an additional 45,000 square feet of retail space. Gateway Elton III provides housing for a mix of income levels, at 60%, 50%, and 40% of Area Median Income (AMI).

Gateway Elton III includes rooftop solar panels which, when combined with Gateway Elton I & II, brings the entire project’s solar array to more than one Gigawatt. Gateway Elton III participates in LEED for Homes and Enterprise Green Communities certifications, and achieves the highest level of energy efficiency in affordable housing.
