880 Willoughby serves individuals that are low-income, formerly homeless exiting the shelter system, and formerly homeless employed individuals. CHV renovated a former luggage factory and built an adjacent new construction building to create this mixed-used project.

All of the units are fully furnished and beautifully appointed studio apartments with private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and hardwood floors. The development also features an outdoor sculpture garden and patio for tenant use. The ground floor retail space is currently occupied by a pharmacy and the development is located near major public transportation and neighborhood amenities. As a mixed-use building, 880 Willoughby has helped to spur redevelopment in Bushwick and provides a transformative asset for tenants and the community.
